I think it went okay, too, Damn! The patterns of whites and intense colors really pulls the whole composition out of the wood, and pushes the objects back into two dimensional space at the same time.
In the end, I think it's about seeing the beauty in everyone, and working hard to figure out how to apply that beauty to everything else. Maybe that's part of loving, maybe that's falling for your favorite faults, but when I do my work and live my life, the faults are what make the beauty.
